Mr. Oluwole C. Okunnuga

Ag. Managing Director/C.E.O.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He is a chartered accountant and has applied these variously in the past eighteen years of working experience. He started out in Investment and Credit management with a government financial institution.

He is licensed to practice as chartered accountant in Nigeria, after the mandatory training with an audit and accountancy firm with clients spanning manufacturing, shipping, trading, world bank supported agricultural development, air travel, engineering, finance, government investment group of companies, etc.

He spent eight years of his working career with a pioneer Nigerian information and communication technology company, rising from company accountant, through General Manager (Finance and Administration) and Director Product Planning and Development, to become the acting Managing Director.

As GM (F&A), he saw the company through the turbulence of government structural adjustment through strategic planning, interpretation and impact assessment of unstable government policies, financial management information, funds sourcing, pricing policies, stock management, staff motivation, relationships management, etc.

He developed himself in company products knowledge and emergent technologies to become Director (PP&D). He conceptualized the mix and developed the marketing strategies for emergent products such as Imaging Technologies and Document Management systems, IBM RISC series, Networking Technologies, Rural Telephony, Internet service provision, Telecommunications Billing Software, etc.

Within this period he took a training course in Network Administration with the Drake’s Institute of Birmingham, England.

As acting Managing Director, he coordinated the planning and implementation of company’s strategic focus, providing leadership to the divisions of engineering, software, marketing, finance and administration.

He went into entrepreneurial activity, by joint ventures into wood forest operations, processing and export, where he believes he obtained mastery of managing uncertainty while upholding international quality control and tight delivery schedules.

Before joining Alpha Partners, he has been writing feasibility studies, providing capital restructuring, fund sourcing and financial advisory services.

Mr. Fredrick Ifeanyi Offor

Head, Marketing/Business Development

Mr. Fredrick Ifeanyi Offor is a seasoned and professional Marketing and Brand Management Expert. He has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Maiduguri in 1995 and an MPA (Human Resources Management/ Public Administration) from the same University in 1992. He graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (B.ED, History/ Education) in 1988.

Mr. Ifeanyi Offor started his working career in 1989 when he was employed by Champion Newspapers Ltd as a Circulation Assistant in 1989 and posted to Maiduguri and rose to the level of an Assistant Manager. He joined Precious Palm Royal Hotel, Benin City in 1999 as a Marketing Manager where within a short time transformed the Hotel as one of the best hotels in Benin City. In 2000, he joined Chisco Group as the Personal Assistant to the Group Chairman and later combined the position with the Acting Head, Human Resources/ Administration. As Personal Assistant to the Chairman, he initiated innovation and strategies that made the Company one of the leading brands in the Transport and Logistics of the Nigerian economy. As Acting Head, HR/ Administration, he pioneered the recruitment of quality manpower that has transformed the Organization to a Conglomerate. He equally initiated ideas that created Strategic Business Units for the Organization like the CTN Express Ltd, the key transporters scheme with Nigerian Breweries Plc and the Hospitality and Real Estate Sectors. He joined West African Distributors Ltd, a leading FMCG in 2006 as Head, Marketing/ Operations where he pioneered a nationwide Distribution network that expanded the scope and business of the Company and increased its fortunes within two years. He has equally worked with Beulah Group, one of the leading Medical Laboratories in Lagos in 2011 as Head, Marketing/ Business Development.

Mr. Ifeanyi Offor is a member of the following Professional Organizations: Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered); Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigerian Marketing Association and the Chartered Institute of Administration. He has attended several trainings in Marketing, Sales, Brand Management and Human Resources Management. Mr. Offor believes that the success or failure of any Organization lies in the quality of its manpower and that quality manpower is key to the transformation of an Organization.

Mr. Adeniran Adeyinka

Head, Accounts & Finance

Yinka Adeniran is the Head of Finance and Accounts at Mediplan Healthcare Limited. He joined the company in September 2015. Since joining the business, he has spearheaded and executed many innovative ideas to reposition the company as a major player in the industry.

Prior to joining Mediplan, he had worked with Access Bank Plc in various capacities ranging from being Funds Transfer Officer to Branch Operations Manager. He also worked as Business Development Officer with the then Intercontinental Bank Plc (Now Access Bank Plc).

Yinka holds Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics from University of Ibadan, Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and he is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).   

Mr. Michael Green

Head ,Client Services.

He is motivated, organized and methodical with over five years of experience (UK & Nigeria) in customer services, claims / sales processing, and call-center operations. He is talented for identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate company product and service offerings. Having proven ability to analyze and resolve customer concerns using established procedures, examining pertinent information to determine validity of customer complaint and to determine responsibility for errors and resolution, he is determined to implement earned skills and knowledge for working efficiently and productively. He specializes in delivering online support to the clients in a professional and organized manner as a result of strong customer service background.

With his vast amount of knowledge of industry products and services and verified achievement of performance bench marks, Mr. Green has extensively demonstrated ability to gain customer trust and provide exceptional follow-up, leading to increased repeat and referral He is a certified Customer Service professional from the United States, (CICSP), MBA; Strategic Management (Wales, UK), and  Leadership & Management certificate from the Michigan State University (USA), Also, he is a member of the British Computer Society (UK),Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria and the Chartered Management Institute (UK). He also holds a Certificate in Inspiring Leadership and Management through Emotional Intelligence  from the Case Western Reserve University.

Ms. Amolo Florence-Mary Chimfumnaya

Head, Information Technology

Having served as a one-time Treasurer – National Association of Mathematics Students of Nigeria (NAMSN) – UNILAG Chapter and with a robust IT experience that spans over twenty (20) years, Ms Amolo Florence has impacted on individuals, both singly and group.

She holds a Bachelor’s of Science (B.Sc.) Mathematics & Statistics as well as Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Computer Science, both of the University of Lagos. She also holds the INFOTEC Certificate in Information Technology (ICIT) and the Certificate of Proficiency in Software Management (CPISM) of the APTECH Computer Education. She later partook in the Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) training at FONTIT International. 

Her working career kicked off with a very solid National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) experience at the Wadof Software Consulting as a Training Instructor / Database Trainee Programmer. This gave impetus for her to seek employment at the Vision Computer College (Festac & Surulere Campuses) to confidently groom teeming individuals the IT-way.

She was a Database Analyst & Programmer with Mandilas Group Limited for over six (6) years during which, top-notched general managers attained confidence and became more conversant with the use of computers amongst her several IT exploits that qualified her to visit Mandilas Ghana to deploy IT resolutions. Thereafter, she pioneered the IT unit of ACEK Autos Co. Ltd with automations that fast-tracked job functions.

After a brief stinct at M.A. Group Ltd., she moved on to Steven Philips Associates, an accounting firm, as well as provide daily catering services to five (5) branches of Access Bank.

Furtherance to her potentials in 2008, her firm faith in God led her to the Studios of Ultima, where she gallantly “walked-away” in the WWTBAM TV programme.

She joined Mediplan Healthcare Limited in 2011 as a Database Administrator (DBA) and due to her astuteness, was also assigned tasks relating Network Administration and Website Management. 

She was appointed Head, Information Technology in April 2017. Her tenacity has caused a revolutionary advancement towards automations of job functions in Mediplan Healthcare Limited.

She is presently undergoing trainings as regards Microsoft Certifications in Database Administration and rounding up her membership registration with the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) and Thesis / Project Work of the Masters in Business Administration (MBA) – Production Specialization of the University of Lagos.

Mr. Alom Ekenekot  

Zonal Business Development Manager-South/East Operations

Mr. Alom Ekenekot is the Zonal Manager in charge of South-East Operations of Mediplan Healthcare Ltd.

He is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), Registered Nurse (RN), and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business administration from University of Abuja, and a Fellow of Chartered Institute of project Managers (FCIPM). He has attend seminars and training in Managed Care.

Before his engagement with Mediplan Healthcare Limited, he has worked  with the Neuro_Psychiatric Hospital, Rumuigbo, PortHarcourt in the Management of the mentally ill and rose to the rank of a Principal Nursing officer (PNO) with the Hospital where he later voluntarily resigned to take up appointments with offshore oil servicing firms: Interoil services Ltd as Medic/Radio Officer on board the Hook-up barge African Sea Work (ASW) engaged in offshore constructions and hook-up operations; Alusteel construction company as Medic/Safety Officer on board the Lay Barge Rosamunde, and MV Taurus servicing offshore hook- ups /pipe laying assignments for multi-national companies like  Texaco, MOBIL, SHELL and AGIP, ELF  in offshore Nigeria and Congo.  He is well acquainted with offshore medical operations. He has also worked at Rehoboth Specialist Hospital (an orthopaedic Hospital) in Port Harcourt. With the emergence of the Nigerian Health Insurance Scheme, he took up a pioneering engagement with Southern Rose Health Services Limited, a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) which later metamorphosed into Mediplan Healthcare Ltd. Mr. Alom Ekenekot is married and has served as past President of various youth organizations. He has also served as Patron Diocese of Abuja Youth Fellowship of the Methodist Church of Nigeria.

Dr. Kennedy Odogun

Zonal Business Development Manager-South-West Operations

Dr Odogun Kennedy graduated from Saint Petersburg State Pediatric Medical Academy(now University), Saint Petersburg, Russian Federation In June 2011 with honours degree.

He had his internship training at Sacred Heart Hospital, Lantoro, Abeokuta between March 2012-February 2013, where he had rave reviews from his supervisors about his attitude and dedication to work.

After completing his mandatory NYSC in Benin City, Edo state, He had a brief stinct in private practice before joining Mediplan in 2017.

He was born over 30 years ago in Agbabu, Ondo State.

He is fluent in English language, Yoruba language, Urhobo, Ikale, Nigerian pidgin and Russian language.

His hobbies include listening to music, watching and playing sorts, travelling and sight seeing.

His interests in Medicine include managed care and family medicine.

He also has interest in Sports Analysis,as he has worked with reputable journalists and featured on many sports programmes over the years.

He is married with a child.

Dr. Peter Paulinus Udoh

Zonal Business Development Manager-South/South Operations

Dr. Udoh is a result driven and goal oriented medical practitioner with high adaptation in health management and preventable diseases. He graduated with a  Bachelors of Medicine, Bachelors of Surgery (M.B.B.Ch) degree from the college of Medicine of the University of Calabar, Cross River State in 2013. Dr. Udoh also holds a B.Sc degree in Human Physiology from the University Of Calabar in 2006, where he was a recipient of various academic awards including the Professor Peter Okebukola academic Scholarship hostel award. He also held several student leadership roles at the University Of Calabar and later became the National President of Students Physiological Association Of Nigeria (SPAN) – Nationwide.

He started his working career in 2007 during his NYSC at The Ebonyi State Ministry Of Health, where he was posted to the newly established Ebonyi State School Of Health Technology, Ngbo as one of the pioneering lecturers. His quest for more academic pursuit made him  to embark  on a degree in Medicine and Surgery thereafter.

Prior to joining Mediplan Healthcare Limited, Dr. Udoh garnered experience from various health facilities across the country including General Hospital, Ikot Ekpene and also had a stint of rural practice at Eduwem Clinic, Ibiono Ibom. He had privileges of attending several capacity development courses bordering on Community Acquired  and Preventable Diseases, sponsored by international donor agencies.

Dr. Udoh has a track record of accomplishments in resolving issues using logical approaches in dynamic environment. He is an excellent people-oriented person and loved by those who have crossed his path.
