MR. OLADEJI O. LADITAN

He is a 1985 graduate of Mechanical Engineering from University of Lagos.He joined Mobil Oil Plc in the year 1987 and retired in 2008. His 21 years working career spanned through various departments including sales,marketing, operation, security, planning and engineering.

In recent times, he has been in private business as an entrepreneur –concentrating on Facilities Management. He is a shareholder in many business concerns, spanning Health, Oil & Gas, Hospitality and Transport sectors.

He is married with 2 children.

MR. OLUBUNMI O. ELESHO

He is a chartered accountant with a rich experience profile spanning over twenty five years of professional application. He won national prizes at all 3 stages of the ICAN examinations in a record 18 months period.

After accounting professional training in an audit and accountancy firm, he moved into group financial and internal control with Inlaks Group, a multi-national group spanning IT, Import/Export, Aluminum, Food Technology,etc.

He had an overview of banking as Citizens Bank’s Internal Controller as well as Operations Manager of Haggai Bank Inc.

Information Technology and Management exposure was developed as the Group Financial Controller of the accredited Nigerian representative of world leaders such as Compaq, Hewlett Packard, American Power Conversion, etc.

He moved this company from negative income, through a reordering of processes, improved funding and relationship management, product margins and order volume/cycle management, to significant profits within a year.

A stint with Capital Alliance, Nigeria’s first private equity firm with a commitment fund of $35mln, with investors including IFC (a member of the World Bank Group) provided him with insight into investment management and profit optimization.

He has now led Alpha Partners into various lucrative long-term investment deals and activities, in Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, Banking, Information Technology, Real Estate, Chemical Manufacturing etc.

He is a director of Newtel Limited (a telecommunications company), Allied Assets, Africa Development Corporation (an emerging Hedge Fund), Legacy Holdings Limited, Oceanic Health Limited, Prepaid Medicare amongst others.

DR. BENEBO VICTOR J.K.

Dr. Benebo Victor J.K. has an MBA. He also holds a Distinction grade in Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered)/Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife joint programme and was the best student of his class.

He also attended a postgraduate course on Quality Management in International Health at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. He is a trained and certified Assessor of the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) – Excellence Model, from the University of Heidelberg, Germany.

He had his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MB.,BS) degree in 1997 and has worked in various government and private hospitals where his excellent practice, dedication to duty, loyalty and quality of service earned him several recommendations/honours, including a governor’s honours award, and positions of leadership in various non-professional and professional bodies.

Dr Benebo has significantly contributed to the growth of his organization (which he joined since 2001, pioneered the opening and successful operations of the northern zonal office, plus opening of branch offices) and the Nigerian Health Insurance Industry in general, including the start up process of the NHIS (working in various committees) via his vast experience in the industry for over a decade. He is a recipient of the Development in Nigeria Merit Award (DINMA) – Healthcare Delivery Category, 2009. He is analuminous of the prestigious World Bank Institute.

He has had several trainings within Nigeria and abroad (Germany, Denmark, Netherland, South Africa, USA) via courses, seminars, workshops, etc. Dr Benebo is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management-NIM (Chartered), Member of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria(ISMN), Society for Telemedicine & eHealth in Nigeria (SFTMeH),International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua), International Member of the American College of Healthcare Executive (ACHE) and has contributed to their International Newsletter, among other professional bodies. He is currently pursuing the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam from PMI (having completed the course work). He is happily married with children.

MRS. SIMILOLUWA T. ELESHO

Mrs. Elesho holds a bachelors degree in History from Lagos State University. She has a distinguished versatile marketing, management and supervisory career spanning close to two decades in insurance, security, communications, oil to mention but a few. As a Chief Executive Officer of Allied Assets Ltd she oversees the coordination and development of a billion naira project in Lekki, Lagos aside fund raising, project management, supervision and general management functions.

As a Senior Area Manager with Glo Mobile Ltd, Mrs. Elesho sees to the implementation of sales and marketing plans for all the prepaid project packages. Her distinguished coordination, business growth strategies and supervision made her sales team achieve their sales target; thereby grew the business from base by 75% in a year.

As Retail/Corporate Sales Manager of same company, she developed the retail segment strategy that met the company’s sales objective within the stipulated period. Her ability to carefully monitor competitive activities and ensure proactive strategies to maintain company market position within the retail segment has consistently distinguished her from many equals. As a Retail Sales Executive (Electronic Airtime), Globacom Ltd, she ensured successful implementation of the company’s initiated sales promotion.

An astute manager of men, materials and resources; her drive, knowledge, team development, high level customer management, ability to close large sales in very competitive environments and pedigree rubs on the team members. Her sound presence of mind and impeccable sense of duty had elevated her to the group of the Management Team of Allied Assets Limited which has progressively accelerates her overseeing of the coordination and development of the billion naira property project in Lekki, Lagos. She has attended various trainings.

MR. OLUWOLE C. OKUNNUGA

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He is a chartered accountant and has applied these variously in the past eighteen years of working experience. He started out in Investment and Credit management with a government financial institution.

He is licensed to practice as chartered accountant in Nigeria, after the mandatory training with an audit and accountancy firm with clients spanning manufacturing, shipping, trading, world bank supported agricultural development, air travel, engineering, finance, government investment group of companies, etc.

He spent eight years of his working career with a pioneer Nigerian information and communication technology company, rising from company accountant, through General Manager (Finance and Administration) and Director Product Planning and Development, to become the acting Managing Director.

As GM (F&A), he saw the company through the turbulence of government structural adjustment through strategic planning, interpretation and impact assessment of unstable government policies, financial management information, funds sourcing, pricing policies, stock management, staff motivation, relationships management, etc.

He developed himself in company products knowledge and emergent technologies to become Director (PP&D). He conceptualized the mix and developed the marketing strategies for emergent products such as Imaging Technologies and Document Management systems, IBM RISC series, Networking Technologies, Rural Telephony, Internet service provision, Telecommunications Billing Software, etc.

Within this period he took a training course in Network Administration with the Drake’s Institute of Birmingham, England.

As acting Managing Director, he coordinated the planning and implementation of company’s strategic focus, providing leadership to the divisions of engineering, software, marketing, finance and administration.

He went into entrepreneurial activity, by joint ventures into wood forest operations, processing and export, where he believes he obtained mastery of managing uncertainty while upholding international quality control and tight delivery schedules.

Before joining Alpha Partners, he has been writing feasibility studies, providing capital restructuring, fund sourcing and financial advisory services.

MR. TUNJI ADEPETUN

Mr. Tunji Adepetun is a graduate of Accounting from the University of Ife (now known as Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife) with a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos.

He presently runs an Investment Banking Firm and actively involved in Financial & Corporate Finance Advisory, Private Equity & Structured Finance.

He has worked in the banking sector for over 2 decades and gained experience and competence in identifying opportunities and creating value in Corporate, Commercial & Retailing banking sectors. Over the years, he has gained competence and experience in structuring and financing transactions in Real Estate, Infastructure, Hospitality, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing & the Health Care Sectors.

While in the banking sector, worked at Oceanic bank (now Ecobank) as a Zonal Head, and was in charge of 16 business offices across Lagos Mainland; where he gave direction for new business opportunities and growing existing relationships. At Ecobank, he managed a balance sheet in excess of $100m and was charged with the responsibility of giving strategic direction for business growth in 6 key business offices of the bank.

He started his banking career in the early 90’s in the corporate banking unit at Nigerian American Merchant Bank; where he managed accounts of some blue Chip companies including Nigerian Breweries, CFAO & UTC. He later joined the Commercial banking division of Citizens bank during which he notably managed a Portfolio of close to N1billion comprising of over 50 major  Stockbroking Firms’ Accounts.

He was part of the set up team of the “new” National bank in the year 2000 and was instrumental in stabilizing and growing the business in the newly set up Treasury Marketing unit of the bank (achieved a N1Billion growth in the first one year).

He received a recommendation for Outstanding Performance from the Managing Director of Ecobank in April 2014 in recognition of his superceding set goals.

Tunji is passionate about Economic Empowerment & Employment for the younger generation (especially the less privileged), and is a member of 2 non-for-profit Initiatives.
