Mrs. Elesho holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Lagos State University. She has a distinguished, versatile marketing, management, and supervisory career spanning nearly two decades in insurance, security, communications, and oil. As the Chief Executive Officer of Allied Assets Ltd, she oversees the coordination and development of a billion naira project in Lekki, Lagos, aside from fundraising, project management, supervision, and general management functions.
As a Senior Area Manager with Glo Mobile Ltd, Mrs. Elesho implemented sales and marketing plans for all the prepaid project packages. Her distinguished coordination, business growth strategies, and supervision made her sales team achieve their sales target, growing the business from the base by 75% in a year.
As Retail/Corporate Sales Manager of Glo Mobile, she developed the retail segment strategy that met the company’s sales objective within the stipulated period. Her ability to carefully monitor competitive activities and ensure a proactive approach to maintain the company’s market position within the retail segment has distinguished her from her colleagues. As a Retail Sales Executive (Electronic Airtime) at Globacom Ltd, she successfully implemented the company’s initiated sales promotion.
Tolu is an astute manager of men, materials, and resources. Her drive, knowledge, team development, high-level customer management, ability to close large sales in competitive environments, and pedigree rubs off on the team members. Her sound presence of mind and impeccable sense of duty had elevated her to the Group of the Management Team of Allied Assets Limited, progressively accelerating her overseeing the coordination and development of the billion naira property project in Lekki, Lagos. She has attended a series of training.
