MEDIPLAN Healthcare Limited is a Health Maintenance Organization incorporated in May 2000 in Nigeria to carry on the business of providing healthcare services to corporate organizations and members of the public, under a prepaid arrangement, utilizing a network of primary, secondary and specialist healthcare providers nationwide.
Board Member
Segun is a seasoned Human Resource practitioner with varied experience in several companies. He is the Director of Operations for Inscope Global Limited, a pharmaceutical products company.
Before this, he served as Acting Chief Operating Officer of Japaul Shipping and Offshore Services Ltd. Segun served as Group Human Resources Manager, Japaul Oil and Maritime Services, Plc. He worked as Head of Human Resources of Nigerian Aviation Handling Co. Plc (Nahco) and Actg Head of Human Resources at Nigerdock Nig Plc – FZE. He also pioneered and headed the Consultancy and Research Department, CIPM, amongst several other appointments. He has over twenty-five years of Human Resource Management and Consultancy experience.
His academic credentials include a B.Sc in Economics and a Masters degree in Business Administration, Specialising in Human Resource Management. He is also a Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Of Nigeria, an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management, and a graduate of The International Bible Institute and Leadership Training School.
