Oladeji .O. Laditan is a 1985 graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos. He joined Mobil Oil plc in the year 1987 and retired in 2008. His 21 years working career spanned various departments, including sales, marketing, operation, security, planning, and engineering. Recently, he has been in private business as an entrepreneur – concentrating on Facilities management. He is a shareholder in many business concerns, spanning Health, Oil and Gas, Hospitality, and Transport sectors.
